This meeting is being held in accordance by order of Governor Greg Abbott's Executive Order on September 17, 2020 and the Texas Health and Human Services. These modifications are necessary to promote the health and safety of the Garland ISD community, and to comply with governmental orders, as well as guidance from health authorities.
