[00:00:01]
WE'LL PROCEED WITH OUR AGENDA AS PRINTED.
MISS HOGAN, ARE THERE ANY PUBLIC FORUM COMMENTS? NO, SIR. THANK YOU.
NEXT ITEM IS DOCTOR LOPEZ SUPERINTENDENT'S MESSAGE.
[III. Superintendent's Message]
WE'RE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE BOND PROJECTS THAT ARE GOING THROUGH.WE'RE SEEING THAT THE FORMER HILLSIDE IS NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE.
THE FORMER FREEMAN IS NO LONGER THERE.
A NUMBER OF OUR BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FIELDS ARE BEING BUILT AS WE SPEAK.
WE ANTICIPATE MOST OF THEM TO BE READY FOR BASEBALL SOFTBALL SEASON.
WE ALSO HAD A NUMBER OF BASEBALL SOFTBALL FIELDS ALREADY COMPLETED.
OUR SECURITY FILMING PROJECT HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED SINCE LAST YEAR FOR ALL OF THE SCHOOLS.
AND WE'VE GOT A NUMBER OF PROJECTS THAT YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO BE SEEING ON THEIR WAY, ESPECIALLY WITH, LIKE OUR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT THAT'S COMING SOON AND COMING QUICKLY. SO IT'S GOING TO BE A LOT OF SYNERGY AND A LOT OF PARDON OUR DUST FOR QUITE SOME TIME.
AND SO WE THANK THE COMMUNITY AND THE VOTERS ONCE AGAIN.
AND SO WE'RE READY TO KEEP CHARGING ON.
[IV.A. Receive Presentation on Bond 2023 Program Summary Update - Javier Fernandez]
WE'LL MOVE TO ITEM FOUR INFORMATION ITEMS. AND WE'RE GOING TO RECEIVE THE PRESENTATION ON THE BOND 2023 PROGRAM SUMMARY UPDATE.BOARD PRESIDENT SELDERS, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, DOCTOR LOPEZ, HERE TONIGHT TO PRESENT TO YOU OUR NOVEMBER BOND SUMMARY UPDATE FOR BOND 2023 AS DOCTOR LOPEZ MENTIONED, WE ARE VERY EXCITED.
WE'VE GOT A LOT OF WORK AHEAD OF US.
WE ARE CONTINUING TO PLAN, AND WE WILL BE EXECUTING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
JUST FOR RECAP, FOR OUR CITIZENRY, THE BOND PROGRAM IS MADE UP OF THREE SEPARATE PROPOSITIONS, AND YOU CAN SEE THE DOLLARS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED THERE. AN UPDATE ON OUR SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL FIELDS.
OUR PART ONE IS CLOSING OUT THIS MONTH.
SO WE'RE DONE WITH THOSE FIELDS.
PART TWO LAKEVIEW, CENTENNIAL AND NORTH GARLAND AND SOUTH GARLAND HIGH SCHOOLS.
THE CHEMICAL INJECTION SHOULD BE WRAPPING UP.
AND WE'VE GOT COLLECTOR DRAINS THAT ARE IN PROGRESS AND OUR TURF DELIVERY.
WHEN WE SAY THREE SCHOOLS, THERE'S ACTUALLY SIX FIELDS THERE.
SO IT'S A BASEBALL AND A SOFTBALL.
SO THERE'S SIX FIELDS BEING DONE AT THIS TIME.
YOU CAN SEE THIS CHEMICAL INJECTION THAT'S TAKING PLACE AT THESE FIELDS.
AT NORTH GARLAND, YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE THE STONE IS BEING PUT IN.
OUR COLLECTOR DRAINS ARE BEING INSTALLED AT THE SOFTBALL FIELD.
AT THE BASEBALL FIELD? WRAPPING UP THE CHEMICAL INJECTIONS THERE.
SAME THING FOR THE SOFTBALL FIELD AT LAKEVIEW CENTENNIAL AND THE BASEBALL FIELD.
AND MACS, THAT IS, WE CALL IT A FIELD.
HOUSES AND MACS. BUT IT'S ONE BUILDING.
THERE WILL BE DONE AT ALL SEVEN HIGH SCHOOLS.
WE'VE RECEIVED THE DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR NAAMAN FOREST.
OUR CMAR IS MOBILIZED AND IS PUTTING UP CONSTRUCTION FENCING AT ALL THE SEVEN HIGH SCHOOLS.
AND SO YOU WILL SOON BE SEEING DIRT MOVING HERE PRETTY QUICKLY.
WE ARE STILL PLANNING ON COMPLETING THE ALL OF THE DEMOLITION IN DECEMBER.
THE PIERS THAT ARE THERE WILL PULL THEM OUT.
SO THERE'S STILL SOME WORK THAT'S TAKING PLACE.
OUR NEW FACILITY, WE'VE GOT OUR FIT MEETINGS ARE STILL ONGOING WITH THE CITY FOR FREEMAN.
[00:05:03]
OUR DOCUMENTS ARE GOING TO BE COMPLETE THIS MONTH, AND THEN WE'LL PLAN IS TO START CONSTRUCTION IN FEBRUARY OF NEXT YEAR.WE'VE GOT DOCUMENTS THAT ARE GOING TO BE DONE AND SOLICITED TO THE CITY FOR PERMITTING.
THIS IS A CMAR PROJECT, SO THE PROJECT WILL BE SOLICITED THROUGH THE CMAR AND JUST FOR CLARITY I USE ACRONYMS. AND SO LET ME JUST SAY THAT THE CMAR STANDS FOR A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK.
MY APOLOGIES. I TEND TO USE A LOT OF ACRONYMS. THESE ARE THE BEFORES AND AFTERS FOR FREEMAN.
YOU'LL SEE, THAT'S WHERE FREEMAN WAS.
AND WHAT FREEMAN IS ON THE RIGHT.
HILLSIDE KIMBERLIN ACADEMY FOR EXCELLENCE.
THAT DEMOLITION IS PRETTY MUCH IN LINE WITH THE FREEMAN.
IT WILL BE COMPLETED IN DECEMBER.
OUR NEW FACILITY, THE FIT MEETINGS, ARE ONGOING THERE.
WE HAVE HAD A TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS REPORT THAT HAS COME BACK FOR THAT CAMPUS.
AND THOSE WILL BE DONE IN DECEMBER WITH CONSTRUCTION STARTING SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO MARCH OF 2025.
WORKING ON THAT PROJECT THERE.
EXCUSE ME. THIS IS THE HILLSIDE BUILDING AS IT WAS BEING DEMOLISHED AND ON THE LEFT.
AND THIS IS THE PHOTO OF WHAT FREEMAN LOOKS LIKE NOW.
EXCUSE ME. HILLSIDE. I KEEP SAYING FREEMAN.
EXCUSE ME. THE LAKEVIEW CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL AND NAAMAN FOREST HIGH SCHOOL.
THAT'S A PHASE ONE BID PACK FIVE.
WE CONTINUE TO HAVE DEVELOPMENT MEETINGS WITH THE CITY.
WE HAVE ENGAGED A THIRD PARTY CONSULTANTS HAVE ALL BEEN ENGAGED FOR THAT PROJECT.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE DONE IN DECEMBER NEXT MONTH.
AGAIN, THIS IS A CMAR PROJECT, SO THE CMARS WILL DO THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT AS WELL.
OUR PLAYGROUNDS WE PLAN TO SOLICIT FOR PERMITTING IN JANUARY OF 2025.
AND THIS ENCAPSULATES ALL OF OUR PLAYGROUNDS.
SO ALL THE DIFFERENT THREE PHASES, WE'RE DOING THEM ALL.
AND WE PLAN ON SUBMISSION FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN MARCH FOR BOARD REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION IS WHAT WE PLAN TO BRING TO THE BOARD IN MARCH, OUR FENCING PROJECT THAT'S GOT 42 ELEMENTARY CAMPUSES.
WE PLAN ON HAVING ALL OF OUR CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS DONE THIS MONTH, WITH CONSTRUCTION STARTING IN MARCH OF NEXT YEAR AND THE COMPLETION IN OCTOBER OF 2025.
THIS IS FOR THE ELEMENTARY CAMPUSES.
ALL THE FIRE ALARMS ARE IN THREE DIFFERENT PACKAGES.
AND SO YOU CAN SEE THERE THEY'RE ALL PART OF FIVE.
ON THE PHASE TWO, THOSE ARE EIGHT FACILITIES.
PHASE THREE WE'RE PERFORMING PROJECT TO START.
PROJECT START MEETINGS ARE BEING PERFORMED FOR ALL OF THOSE SEVEN CAMPUSES ON PHASE THREE.
THIS IS THE SAME CONTRACTOR FOR ALL OF THE FIRE ALARM.
SO IT WILL BE THE SAME COMPANY DOING ALL OF THE FIRE ALARM FOR THE ENTIRE BOND.
OUR SECURITY CAMERA REFRESH, THAT ONE IS PART OF CONTRACT 510-23-06 AND WE STARTED THE PROGRESS PROJECT BETWEEN OUR TEAM AND THE VENDOR ON OCTOBER THE 4TH.
WE'VE HAD OUR INITIAL KICKOFF MEETING WITH THEM.
AND SO WE ARE WORKING THROUGH THE DISCOVERY AND PLANNING FOR ALL THREE PHASES AT THIS TIME.
THAT'S FOR OUR SECURITY CAMERA REFRESH.
OUR ACCESS CONTROL ALSO IS PART OF 510-23-06.
WE ARE IN DISCOVERY FOR ALL THREE PHASES.
SO WE'LL CONTINUALLY MOVE AND PROGRESS THROUGH ALL OF THESE AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN.
[00:10:06]
THE DOOR HARDWARE AND KEYING.THAT'S OUR PHASE ONE BID PACK 12 THAT INVOLVES 64 CAMPUSES.
YOU CAN SEE OUR TIMELINE, WE'VE ADDED A TIMELINE TO THE PRESENTATION THIS YEAR THIS MONTH.
AND SO WE'RE LOOKING AT LOOKING AT INSTALLATION STARTING IN JANUARY OF NEXT YEAR AND THEN COMPLETING IN AUGUST OF NEXT YEAR FOR ALL OF THOSE CAMPUSES. AS WE HAVE POINTED OUT BEFORE, WHAT THIS PROJECT DOES HERE IS REALLY SIMPLIFIES FOR OUR CAMPUSES THE NUMBER OF KEYS THAT THEY CARRY. WE'VE TALKED TO ANY PRINCIPAL OR ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL.
THEY'LL BRING YOU A MYRIAD OF KEYS THAT THEY HAVE TO TO HANDLE AS THEY WALK THROUGH THE CAMPUSES.
SO THIS IS REALLY, REALLY GOING TO ASSIST OUR CAMPUS ADMINISTRATION IN ENHANCING OUR SECURITY FOR OUR CAMPUSES. SO I SAY ENHANCEMENT BECAUSE WE HAVE THE PROPER SECURITY TODAY.
THIS IS JUST ENHANCING OUR SECURITY THAT WE HAVE AT OUR CAMPUSES.
OUR PHASE TWO PROJECTS, ELEMENTARY NUMBER THREE, THE PLANNING MEETING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER AND OUR NEW AGRICULTURAL FACILITY. WE ARE FINALIZING THE DATE FOR OUR CHARRETTE THAT IS GOING TO THAT IS GOING TO ENCOMPASS BOTH ADMINISTRATION, OUR STAFF THAT WORKS WITH OUR ARCHITECTURAL SCIENCE FACILITY AND ALSO COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE GOING TO BE PART OF THIS DESIGN CHARRETTE ALONG WITH STUDENTS. SO WE'RE WORKING WITH THAT, WORKING WITH OUR CTE DEPARTMENT TO SCHEDULE THAT ACCORDINGLY.
OUR SOUTH GARLAND AND NORTH GARLAND PROJECTS.
OUR OBSERVATIONS ARE COMPLETE FOR OUR MEP.
AND WE'RE STILL IN DESIGN AND DISCOVERY AND PLANNING FOR THOSE MEETINGS ARE ONGOING.
THE HICKMAN, NORTH LAKE, ROWLETT, AND TOLER PROJECT.
WE'VE GOT PROPOSED FLOOR CONCEPTS.
PRESENTATION. WE'VE GOT THAT COMPLETED.
WE'RE MOVING FORWARD WITH THAT.
WE WITH THE SCHEMATIC DESIGN PORTION OF THAT PROJECT PLAN TO START ALL THAT WORK NEXT YEAR AND WORK THROUGH NEXT YEAR TO TO REALLY FINISH THOSE PROJECTS UP.
WE HAVE COMPLETED THE CAMPUS INTERVIEWS, WORKING WITH THE CAMPUSES, SPEAKING TO THEM ABOUT WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THEIR CAMPUS, HOW DOES THIS AFFECT THEM? AND SO WE'VE DONE ALL OF THOSE MEETINGS WITH THEM.
AND WE'RE WORKING WITH THE ARCHITECT TO FINALIZE THAT INFORMATION.
OUR INTRUSION ALARM FOR PHASE TWO, BID PACK 12.
AS SOON AS WE GET THAT, THAT PROJECT SHOULD COMPLETE THE FIRST SECOND QUARTER OF NEXT YEAR.
OUR WATERPROOFING WATER CLADDING, THAT'S 35 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AND ONE SPECIAL PROGRAM FACILITY.
PART OF THAT, THE CONSULTANT WAS BROUGHT ON BOARD TO DO A PRELIMINARY SITE ASSESSMENT OF ALL OF OUR CAMPUSES ON THAT PROJECT, AND HAS COME BACK AND PROVIDED US WITH SPECIFIC PROPOSALS FOR EACH CAMPUS.
OUR LAND PHASE TWO BID PACK 15, WHICH IS OUR LOCAL AREA NETWORK PROJECT.
THAT'S OUR HIGH SCHOOLS PART TWO.
EXCUSE ME. PART ONE. PART TWO IS OUR MIDDLE SCHOOLS.
NINE OF THE SCHOOLS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN 13.
EXCUSE ME. THREE SCHOOLS ARE SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER.
PART THREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
YOU SEE, 36 SCHOOLS ARE COMPLETE AND SEVEN SCHOOLS ARE IN PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION.
SO THIS PROJECT IS MOVING ALONG REALLY NICELY.
THANK YOU TO THE TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT WHO IS MANAGING THIS PROJECT.
AND SO THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE ASSISTANCE THEY'VE PROVIDED.
OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ENHANCEMENTS, WHICH IS PHASE THREE, BID PACK THREE.
THESE ARE THE CAMPUSES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.
[00:15:01]
AND WE'VE STARTED OUR PROJECT MEETINGS WITH THE ARCHITECTS.WE STARTED THAT ON OCTOBER 4TH WORKING THROUGH THAT.
DISCOVERY PLANNING MEETINGS ARE ONGOING WITH THAT, WITH THAT DESIGN TEAM AS WELL.
AND WE STARTED OUR PROJECT MEETINGS WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM ON OCTOBER THE 22ND.
WE'RE WORKING THROUGH EXACTLY THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THERE AND OUR PHASE THREE BID PACK SEVEN, THE NEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER, WHAT WE CALL A NOC.
AND IT'S A DEPARTMENTAL PLANNING MEETINGS.
AND WE'VE GOT A PROPOSED DESIGN CONCEPT IS IN DEVELOPMENT.
AND WE PLAN ON PRESENTING THAT TO ADMINISTRATION HERE PRETTY SOON.
OUR PROP C IS OUR STUDENT AND STAFF COMPUTER REPLACEMENTS.
YOU CAN SEE THE BOND FUNDS THAT WERE APPROVED FOR THIS UPCOMING CHROMEBOOK REFRESH IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN DECEMBER FOR THE PROP C, AND YOU CAN SEE THE TIMELINE THAT WE HAVE THERE FOR THE DIFFERENT PIECES OF PROP C.
THIS IS A RECAP OF OUR FINANCIAL SUMMARY.
THIS IS AGAIN, THIS IS A REPORT THAT COMES OUT OF OUR MAIN REP SYSTEM THAT WE USE AS A DISTRICT.
WITH THAT WE'LL TAKE ANY QUESTIONS THAT THE BOARD MAY HAVE REGARDING OUR SUMMARY.
MR. BEACH. FIRST OF ALL, I'D LIKE TO GIVE KUDOS TO LEE LEWIS ON THE DEMOLITION THAT THEY'VE DONE.
I WENT TO THE FOOTBALL GAME LAST FRIDAY NIGHT AND IT WAS 6:00, 6:30.
THEY WERE OUT THERE STILL GETTING AFTER IT.
SO I WANT TO GIVE THEM KUDOS FOR HOW WELL THEY'VE DONE ON THE DEMOLITION OF FREEMAN AND HILLSIDE.
JUST REAL QUICK. ON THE KEYING OF THE BUILDINGS AND EVERYTHING LIKE THAT, IS THAT ALSO INCLUDING KEY FOBS? ON SECURITY? YOU MEAN THE CARD ACCESS READER? YES. OKAY.
THE CARD ACCESS READERS IS ACTUALLY A DIFFERENT PROJECT.
SO THE DOOR HARDWARE AND KEYING, THAT'S THE PHYSICAL DOOR KEYS.
THAT'S THE KEYS THAT WE CURRENTLY USE.
WE HAVE ANOTHER PROJECT, WHICH IS OUR WHAT WE CALL ACCESS CONTROL THAT'S THE FOBS.
OKAY. THIS PROJECT HERE IS ADDRESSING THE FOB PIECE.
THE CARD ACCESS, THOSE READERS THAT'S WHAT THIS PROJECT HERE IS FOR.
YES, SIR. IS THE FENCING AND I THINK I'VE ASKED THIS BEFORE.
ARE WE FENCING THE ENTIRE PROPERTY OF WHAT WE OF OUR CAMPUS, OF THE LAND THAT WE OWN? OR ARE WE JUST FENCING, OR IS THERE GOING TO BE A DOUBLE TYPE WHERE THE PLAYGROUND AREA IS GOING TO BE FENCED AND THEN ANOTHER SURROUNDING FENCE FOR THAT? THAT'S A VERY GOOD QUESTION, SIR, AND THANK YOU FOR THAT QUESTION.
IT WILL VARY. JUST SO YOU KNOW, WE'RE NOT TRYING TO FENCE IN THE WHOLE AREA.
THAT WOULD BE JUST LIKE AN ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT OF MONEY.
THAT'S WHY I ASKED THAT QUESTION.
YEAH. SO. BUT DEPENDING EVERY PLOT IS UNIQUE.
AND THERE'S GOING TO BE ELECTRONIC GATES THAT OPEN AND CLOSE.
IN OTHER CASES IT COULD JUST BE THE BACK END WITH MINIMAL FRONT END.
SO THAT'S WHAT THE FENCING IS FOCUSING ON.
WE TALKED ABOUT THE FENCING TOO.
SO PART OF THAT WAS WHAT MR. FERNANDEZ WAS LOOKING AT WAS WHENEVER THAT'S ACTUALLY A VERY GOOD BRINGING BACK FULL CIRCLE TO CAMERA REFRESH THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT.
SO WHEN WE GET THE RENDERINGS, LET'S JUST SAY BECAUSE BY CODE WE HAVE TO HAVE AN EXIT TO THE AREAS WE WANT CAMERAS THERE TO SEE WHO COULD COME IN AND WAS COMING OUT, BECAUSE THAT'S A POTENTIAL ACCESS POINT IF THAT DOOR IS LEFT OPEN FOR WHATEVER REASON.
THAT'S ALL. THAT'S THE ONLY QUESTION I HAD.
THANK YOU. MR. GLICK. THANK YOU SIR.
MANY, MANY YEARS AGO MR. BEACH AND I WENT ON A TOUR OF AG CENTERS.
ONE WAS IN MANSFIELD AND ONE WAS IN NORTHWEST, I THINK.
[00:20:02]
YEAH. IS THERE ANY PLANS FOR YOUR IN YOUR CHARRETTE TO GO VISIT ANY OF THESE AG CENTERS? NOT WITHIN THE CHARRETTE, BUT I BELIEVE WE DO HAVE A TOUR SCHEDULED FOR OUR SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR CTE STAFF.AND THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE COORDINATING.
WE HAVE AND I'LL SAY THIS, WE HAVE ACTUALLY DONE A TOUR PRIOR TO THE BOND WITH OUR FORMER CTE DIRECTOR.
AND SO WE'VE DONE THAT, I THINK AT THE TIME WE WENT AND THAT WAS MANY YEARS AGO.
AGAIN, THE TWO FACILITIES IN THIS AREA WERE MORE OR LESS STATE OF THE ART.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE, HOW THEY'D RANK NOW, BUT BACK THEN THEY WERE.
LET ME DEFER TO MR. GONZALES, IF YOU DON'T MIND.
SO, MR. GLICK, THIS PAST SPRING WHEN COLEMAN BRUMAN WAS OVER THE PROGRAM THE TEACHERS IN THE AG PROGRAM DID VISIT SOME PROGRAMS THIS PAST SPRING AND GOT SOME REFRESH THEIR MEMORIES AND GOT SOME IDEAS FOR THIS PROCESS.
GOOD. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU SIR.
YOU'RE WELCOME. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? THANK YOU, MR. FERNANDEZ.
WE'RE GOING TO MOVE TO OUR ACTION ITEM FOR THIS EVENING.
[V.A. Increase to Awarded Bids]
5A TO INCREASE AWARDED BIDS FOR CONTRACT NUMBER 360-20-01.CONSIDER APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN AWARDED AMOUNT FOR PROFESSIONAL PEER REVIEW AND RELATED SERVICES.
IF YOU DON'T MIND, I'M GOING TO MAKE THAT A LITTLE BIT BIGGER BECAUSE MY EYES AREN'T THAT GOOD.
IT'S NOT AS BIG AS I COULD MAKE IT I GUESS.
THANK YOU. OKAY, SO THIS ACTION ITEM RECOMMENDATION THAT WE'RE BRINGING TO YOU TONIGHT IS ACTUALLY A INCREASE TO AWARD FOR PROFESSIONAL PEER REVIEW SERVICES.
A LITTLE BACKGROUND OF WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH HERE.
ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS BY ICC 500, THAT'S AN ENTITY THAT WORKS VERY CLOSELY WITH THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE. AND THEY HAVE ESTABLISHED MANY YEARS AGO HAVE ESTABLISHED A WHAT WE CALL A THIRD PARTY PEER REVIEW FOR STORM SHELTERS. SO ANYTIME A EDUCATIONAL ENTITY IS GOING TO BUILD A STORM SHELTER, THAT STORM SHELTER DESIGN, THE DESIGN, THE HOW THAT SHELTER IS BEING DESIGNED MUST BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY A THIRD PARTY REVIEWER.
AND THAT'S DONE TO ENSURE THE OWNER, THE DISTRICT THAT THE DESIGN IS BEING DONE CORRECTLY AND IT DOES MEET THE ICC 500 SPECIFICATIONS.
THAT SERVICE IS ACTUALLY A SERVICE THAT'S PAID FOR BY THE OWNER.
NOT THE ARCHITECT OR CONTRACTOR OR ANYONE ELSE.
AND SO WHAT THIS DOES IS JUST INCREASES THE AMOUNT FOR US TO CONTINUE TO USE THIS FIRM FOR THE PEER REVIEWS FOR OUR, FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE BOND.
MR. PRESIDENT, ARE YOU READY FOR A MOTION? I'M SORRY. EXCUSE ME.
SECOND. IT'S BEEN MOVED BY MR. GLICK, SECONDED BY MR. MILLER. ANY ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION OR QUESTIONS? IF NOT, WE'LL OPEN FOR VOTE.
WE'LL CLOSE. MOTION CARRIES 7-0.
THANK YOU. DOCTOR LOPEZ, DO YOU WANT TO SAY SOMETHING? WITH THE PRESIDENT'S PERMISSION, ON OUR NEXT BOARD MEETING, WE'RE GOING TO GIVE A.
[00:25:01]
IT'S GOING TO BE CONSOLIDATION NUMBER THREE.THE CONSOLIDATION NUMBER THREE IS LINDA GRIFFIN ELEMENTARY.
WE'VE ALREADY BEEN MEETING WITH THE STAFF.
[VI. Executive Session]
