DOCTOR LOPEZ. I WANT TO THANK THE PUBLIC FOR GETTING PROPOSITION A THROUGH.

SO WE THANK THEM OF THE WORK THAT'S TAKING PLACE HERE, THIS IS THE OVERALL TIMELINE THAT YOU SEE FOR OUR BROWN PROGRAM.

WE'RE MOVING FORWARD THROUGH PHASE 4 AND STARTING WORKING ON THE 5, AS YOU SEE.

SO MOVING VERY BRISKLY THROUGH THIS THROUGH THIS BOND PROGRAM ON THE SOFTBALL BASEBALL PROGRAM THE FOR PART 2, IT'S SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE. WE'RE JUST WORKING THROUGH SOME OF THOSE MINOR ISSUES THAT THAT WE HAVE GOT THERE.

I'LL GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON THE PART 3 FOR GARLAND HIGH SCHOOL.

THAT'S WE HAVE SUBMITTED ALL OF OUR DOCUMENTATION OVER TO THE CITY FOR PERMITTING.

AND THE ONE GPA SOLICITATION. IT IS BEEN OUT IN THE STREET AND THAT'S ONGOING NOW.

WE ARE GOING TO USE FOR PART 3. THAT IS THE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FIELD FOR GARLAND HIGH SCHOOL THAT IS BEING LOCATED AT THE WILLIAMS STADIUM SITE.

THE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS ARE NOW REMOVED. THE RECORDS BUILDING HAS BEEN RAZED.

AND THE LAST THING THAT WE HAVE TO DO IS TO FINISH THE RELOCATION OF THE STUDENT SERVICES STAFF OVER TO THEIR TEMPORARY LOCATION AT THE CHASE BUILDING.

AND THAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE TAKING PLACE IN NEXT MONTH, IN DECEMBER.

AND AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENS, WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE REQUIRED REMOVAL OF ACB MATERIAL THAT WE HAVE IN THE FACILITY, AND THEN WE'LL BE BEGINNING TO RAISE THAT FACILITY THERE SO THAT WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH THAT PORTION.

UTILITIES, SANITARY SEWERS, 100%. DOMESTIC WATER IS 100%.

SO IN THE HILLSIDE DEMO WAS WAS COMPLETED LAST YEAR.

AND THIS IS THE PORTION OF NAAMAN FOREST. THIS IS THE FRONT ENTRY THAT IT'S GOING TO GET A NEW FRONT ENTRY, A NEW ADMINISTRATION AREA FOR THAT. OUR ELEMENTARY AND PRE-KINDERGARTEN PLAYGROUNDS.

PERCENTAGE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CAMPUSES THAT YOU SEE THERE.

AGAIN, THE CHART THAT'S THERE IS IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF ALL 39 SITES.

BUT 10 OF THE SCHOOLS ARE ARE COMPLETE. AND AND YOU'LL SEE THAT TWO ARE YET TO BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

AND SO THAT CHART IS IT'S MISSING A COUPLE OF SCHOOLS, BUT AS THEY GET COMPLETED, THEY'LL FALL OFF AND THE NEW ONES WILL JUMP ON ON THAT PROJECT THERE. SO PLAYGROUNDS MOVING VERY, VERY WELL.

ELEMENTARY FENCING. WE'VE STARTED THE SUBMITTAL PROCESS FOR THAT, AND WE'VE, WE'VE HAD WORK THAT'S TAKEN PLACE.

SO BEAR WITH US, BUT YOU'RE GOING TO START TO SEE SOME FENCING GOING ON IN ALL OUR ELEMENTARIES AND PRE-K CENTERS AS WE MOVE FORWARD WITH THAT PROJECT AND GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT THAT FENCING IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE, THAT'S A PHOTO OF A OF A FENCE TYPE THAT'S GOING TO BE INSTALLED AT ALL OUR CAMPUSES, OUR FIRE ALARM. ACCESS CONTROL WE'VE GOT SUBMITTALS HAVE BEEN DONE FOR THOSE WE'RE GOING TO WE SHOULD BE GETTING PERMITS FOR SOME OF THESE AND THEN MOVING FORWARD WITH WITH OUR PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THIS AS WELL. SO THIS IS, THIS IS REALLY MOVING FAST.

AND SO LINDA GRIFFIN, LINDA L GRIFFIN ELEMENTARY, WE PLAN TO BRING YOU A RECOMMENDATION FOR GMP NUMBER 1 LATER IN THIS BOARD MEETING TO GO OVER THAT. AND THAT IS THE MONTCLAIR DEMOLITION FOR THE SITE PERMIT REVIEW.

IT IS STILL ONGOING. AND WE LOOK TO HAVE, A FINISHING UP OUR 100% 90% DOCUMENTS THAT'S BEEN DONE.

1 GMP FOR THE ROOF PACKAGE. THERE'S QUITE A BIT OF ROOF WORK THAT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE FOR THESE 2 CAMPUSES.

AND SO TO THE TO THE BETTERMENT OF THE PROJECT AND THE DISTRICT, THAT PROJECT IS, HAS BEEN BROKEN UP INTO 2 SEPARATE GMP'S ONE TO HANDLE THE ROOF AND THEN

WE'VE GOT A COUPLE OF DESIGNS ON IT. WE'RE REVISING THE DESIGNS SPECIFICALLY TO THOSE SPECIFIC CAMPUSES, AND WANT TO MAKE SURE WE GET THIS RIGHT BEFORE WE ACTUALLY PUT THIS OUT FOR SOLICITATION.

SO VETTING THAT OUT, WE SHOULD HAVE THAT DONE HERE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK AND A HALF OR TWO.

BEAVER TECHNOLOGY. AS I STATED IN PREVIOUS BOARD MEETING, WE'VE COMBINED BEAVER TECHNOLOGY, GARLAND HIGH SCHOOL AND CARVER. WE'RE PUSHING ALL THOSE OUT AT THE SAME TIME TO GET THAT WORK TAKEN CARE OF.

AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT WE'VE DONE ON OUR HVAC CONTROLS.

THAT'S THE WORK THAT'S TAKING PLACE THERE FOR THE CAMPUSES.

THE CAMPUSES THAT THAT ARE PART OF THIS PROJECT AND OUR LOCAL AREA NETWORK.

A LOT OF WORK HAS TAKEN PLACE THERE. OUR HUB SITES THAT CLOSE OUT IS IN PROGRESS.

THE METROPOLITAN AREA NETWORK, THAT ONE'S ALSO CLOSED OUT SOME PROGRESS.

AND OUR DISTRICT NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT THAT'S THE EQUIPMENT THAT GOES IN AT THE CCC AND OUR TECHNOLOGY KNOCK NOT WHAT WE CALL THE TECHNOLOGY. THE MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROJECT.

THIS IS AUSTIN, HOUSTON, JACKSON, ABBOTT AND BRADFIELD.

SO WHAT WE HAVE DONE WITH THIS SPECIFIC PROJECT IS WE'VE GOT ABBOTT AND BRADFIELD, THE WORK THAT'S TAKING PLACE THERE.

IT'S ALL SWITCHGEAR RELATED, MEANING SWITCHGEAR IS ELECTRICAL WORK.

SO WE'VE GOT SOME SWITCHGEAR REPLACEMENT THAT HAS TO BE DONE AT ABBOTT AND BRADFIELD.

WE'VE TAKEN THAT AND WE'VE SEPARATED THAT OUT.

WE HAVE SOME EXISTING CONTRACTS THAT THE DISTRICT ALREADY HAS AND THAT THE BOARD HAS APPROVED FOR US TO UTILIZE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS.

AND SO WE'RE WE'RE SOLICITING THAT WORK DIRECTLY WITH THAT SPECIFIC CONTRACT.

WE ARE WORKING WITH THE DESIGN FIRM, WHICH IS STANTEC, THAT'S GOING TO TAKE AUSTIN, HOUSTON AND JACKSON.

THAT SPECIFIC WORK IS GOING TO BE PUSHED OUT AS A CSP SPECIFICALLY FOR THAT WORK.

IN ADDITION TO THAT WHEN THE STANTEC PRESENTED TO YOU? THE SCHEMATIC DESIGN FOR THIS PROJECT? THEY SHARED WITH YOU A NEED AT AUSTIN ACADEMY AND A NEED FOR A PROPOSED PARKING LOT EXPANSION AT AUSTIN. AND SO THAT WAS PRESENTED AT THAT TIME IN THE INTEREST OF GETTING THIS PROJECT DONE AND EVERYTHING DONE QUICKLY FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE DISTRICT THE, THE FACILITY WORK IS BEING ISSUED OUT AS ONE CSP AND

THEN BASED UPON THE COST SAVINGS THAT COME BACK FROM THAT, WE WILL ISSUE OUT A SEPARATE CSP FOR THE ACTUAL PARKING LOT. THAT THAT IS A FROM A STRATEGIC STANDPOINT THAT OFFERS THE DISTRICT THE BEST VALUE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE GETTING THE BEST PRICING WHEN IT COMES TO THAT PARKING LOT ADDITION FOR AUSTIN ACADEMY, OUR NEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER.
