AND THE PART THREE, WHICH EVERYONE'S EXCITED FOR, IS THE MARIA, EXCUSE ME, THE MANUEL AND MARIA VALLE STUDENT SERVICE CENTER ABATEMENT AND UTILITY DISCONNECTS. THOSE ARE COMPLETE ALONG WITH THE DEMOLITION. WE'RE STARTING TO WORK ON THAT AS FAR AS THAT BUILDING GOES. SOFTBALL FIELD CONSTRUCTION IS SCHEDULED TO START THIS MONTH. THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION STAGES THAT YOU SEE THERE ALONG WITH OUR TIMELINE. THE WORK THAT'S TAKEN PLACE FROM THE SITE WORK, UTILITY WORK, THE STRUCTURE THAT'S TAKING PLACE ALONG WITH THE ENVELOPE. WE'RE DONE WITH THE PIERS, GRADE BEAMS ARE AT 85% FOR LAKEVIEW, AND WE'RE DONE WITH THE GRADE BEAMS AT AT NAAMAN FOREST GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE TYPE OF WORK WE'RE DOING THERE. BUT EACH OF THESE SPACES ARE DESIGNED FOR COMPLETE FLEXIBILITY AND WIDE OPEN SPACES. YOU KNOW, THERE'S DIFFERENT WAYS YOU CAN DO THAT WITH OPERABLE PARTITIONS, BUT HONESTLY, THE MOST ECONOMICAL TYPICALLY IS TO BUILD A WALL TO SEPARATE THOSE SPACES. BUT ANY OF THESE PROGRAMS THAT YOU SAW LISTED HERE COULD BE SUBBED OUT FOR OTHER ONES. WE WILL DESIGN FOR KIND OF THE MAXIMUM THAT MIGHT BE, YOU KNOW, NEEDED THERE. SO WE'LL HAVE ABILITY FOR A LIFT AND A HOIST IN THE DIESEL TECH THAT MAY TURN INTO SOMETHING ELSE LATER. AND SURE, THAT PIECE MIGHT NOT BE NEEDED, BUT WE DO HAVE FLEXIBILITY PLANNED IN. THEY WOULD BE THE ONES WHO PERFORMED THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICES. SO WE WOULD BE PROCURING THOSE COMPUTERS THROUGH LENOVO. THEY WOULD THEN BE SHIPPED TO GLOBAL ASSETS TO PROVIDE TAGGING BAGS, CABLING, AND PROVIDING ALL OF THE SOFTWARE IMAGES THAT WOULD ENABLE THE DEVICE WHEN IT'S DELIVERED TO THE TEACHER.
